Expedited Jury Trials?

A new expedited, streamlined jury trial procedure has been approved by the state Legislature and is awaiting the governor’s approval.  If signed into law, the new voluntary procedure would limit  both sides to three hours to present their cases.  Read more of The Recorder article on Law.com

Ever heard of cloud storage?  Trying to go paperless?  This lawyerist.com article is a good start to learn more about cloud storage.  Some law firms that have gone paperless revert to this service to access files from anywhere.   

Still haven’t configured your Facebook page for privacy settings?  You should.  To make it easier, there is an app for the iPhone that will help you set them.  No iPhone, no problem, there are other options.  Check out this lawyerist.com article to get it done.
