The U.S. Department of Justice Online Application is Now OPEN

 Applications for the U.S. Department of Justice must be submitted via their website by 9:00 p.m. (PST) Tuesday, September 4, 2012.

The U.S. Department of Justice opened its online application for the Attorney General’s Honors Program and the Summer Law Intern Program.  Learn about the largest employer of lawyers in the world at the websites listed below and learn about their amazing student opportunities!

 –       For 2Ls and continuing students eligible for the Summer 2013 Law Intern Program (SLIP) : www.justice.gov/careers/legal/slip-participants.html and Volunteer Legal Intern Program: www.justice.gov/careers/legal/volunteer-intern.html  

 –       For 3Ls eligible for the Honors Attorney Program (post-graduate positions):  www.justice.gov/careers/legal/entry-participants.html  

 Applicants apply online on the DOJ website, not on the Career Services online job database, between now and Tuesday, September 4, 2012 by 9:00 p.m. (PST).

 Keep in mind that Career Services continues to post jobs on its regular jobs database (Symplicity) for immediate positions.  Do not forget to keep checking these listings as well.  Employers are hiring now for immediate placement and for Fall 2012 positions.
