In today’s global economy, it is important to understand the international intellectual property enforcement mechanisms available to individuals and corporations to protect against IP infringement.  Obtaining protection of patent, copyright and trademark rights is the responsibility of the IP right holder.  This Continuing Legal Education program put on by the San Diego County Bar Association will focus on cost-efficient ways for individuals and companies to protect their IP Portfolio abroad.
