 Holiday Notice:

Please remember that the Career Services Office will be open during the holiday season and we encourage you to make an appointment with a career advisor to prepare for the busy Spring time. We especially encourage 1Ls who have not yet met with an advisor to set up an appointment. Many jobs for Summer and Fall 2012 will have deadlines coming up in the first few months of the new year, so getting your application materials fine tuned before then will make this process much easier for you. Also, do not forget to take advantage of networking opportunities over your break. If you are going home, it’s a great chance to make contacts there and set up informational interviews. You should also attend holiday events so you can network and mingle with as many people as possible. Tell him/her who you are (1L, 2L or 3L), why you are there (home from law school on break, etc.) and ease into what your plans are (need a job for spring/summer).  Take each experience and turn it into an opportunity. Enjoy this holiday season while maximizing your time!

Although the Career Services Office is open throughout the holiday season, we will be closed on the dates listed below:

  • Wednesday, November 23rd we will close at 5:00 pm
  • Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th
  • Thursday, December 22nd, Friday, December 23rd and Monday, December 26th
  • Friday, December 30th
