Last week we posted an article from The Careerist about a new interview regimen (“Interviews Get Tough and Testy”), where candidates are expected to participate in an interactive simulation and explain how they would handle a legal issue.  Today, they are talking with the hiring partner at Pepper Hamilton about this substantive interview style and getting more details about what the law firm is looking for.  To read the article, click here.
