Are you interested in trademark law?  If so, you may want to participate in the Ladas Memorial  Award Competition.  This writing competition is open to all students, practitioners and academics interested in trademarks and trademark law.   The yearly award was established in memory of Stephen P. Ladas, distinguished practitioner and author, and is presented for a paper on trademark law or a matter that directly relates to or affects trademarks.  The student and professional winners of the Ladas Memorial Award Competition each receive a $2,000 cash award, a set of Stephen P. Ladas’s three-volume treatise, and more.  All papers must be submitted by January 17, 2011.
