This National Law Journal article featured on lawjobs.com focuses on ways to address the stigma of part-time attorneys as corporate clients push law firms for more acceptance of part-time and flexible work policies.  A brief excerpt has been reprinted below:

“Law firms must address the stigma of part-time schedules and alter the way those work arrangements are perceived in order to make them a more attractive option, leaders of the Diversity & Flexibility Connection concluded. They drew up an extensive list of things law firms should do to prevent the marginalization of part-time attorneys.”
