Layoffs and reductions in force (RIFs) are an inevitable result of our current economic condition.  It is important to understand the major legal and human resource related issues facing your clients should an RIF become necessary.  Learn best practice tips to reduce liability and costly claims, promote continued productivity, and remain true to the company’s mission and values when executing an RIF.
